Yes United is delighted to announce our 3rd National meeting, where we learn from the past and chart a winning course towards independence.
You are warmly invited to join our Highland gathering to consider Scotland’s potential as an independent nation and the practical and pragmatic steps that we must take to get there.
As we gear up for Scotland’s next chapter, Yes United will be looking forward to the opportunities and strategies which will drive us towards full Scottish statehood. Speakers include JEAN URQUHART, ANDY WIGHTMAN and JIM SILLARS.
Plus a review of Yes United’s achievements to date, how we will create a people’s manifesto for Scotland and why there is a NEW CASE FOR OPTIMISM.
The meeting will take place in CULTARLANN, INVERNESS from 10.00am until 4pm. Doors open at 09.30am.
Tickets cost £6.50 and must be reserved in advance. This will include a signed copy of Jim Sillar’s book, lunch, tea, coffee and refreshments (with gluten-free options available - PLEASE ADVISE).

Really sorry I will be unable to attend as only returning to Scotland later that day. There is a diversity in the speakers but they share a great deal more than a thread of connection: common sense! Event also appears to be great value.
Someone should tell Jim Sillars that water vapour is not a cause of global warming but an effect.
As the atmosphere heats due to increasing carbon dioxide the amount of water vapour increases. It would not increase without increase of CO2..
